Our year ended on a sad note with the loss of little Vern who had been struggling with eating and gaining weight because of a rare birth defect. We miss his sweet presence!

The other puppies all checked out perfectly at their vet visit and are getting more mischevious by the day! Vinny and Victor are still the big guys but neither has dominated the other so far, although Vinny is just a little  more bold about challenging his mom and venturing out farther in the yard. Van Gogh is independent and playful while Vixie is more laid back and observant but loves wrestling with her littermates. Vivi is the smallest now but doesn't know it. She is a fun little one and has the cutest expressions!
